Premier Energies Limited has entered into a joint venture with BA Prerna Renewables Private Limited to expand its engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) presence in the renewable energy sector.
The joint venture will operate through a newly incorporated entity, HeliosAnthos Energies Private Limited, in which Premier Energies will hold a 51 per cent equity stake and BA Prerna Renewables will hold 49 per cent. HeliosAnthos Energies will undertake EPC contracts for solar, wind, standalone battery energy storage systems and hybrid projects, offering services including land acquisition, transmission connectivity, statutory approvals, engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning.
