Ceigall India Limited has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Ceigall Morena Solar BESS Park Limited.
The subsidiary has been formed as a special purpose vehicle to undertake development of unit I with a capacity of 220 MW at Morena Solar Park in Madhya Pradesh pursuant to the letter of award issued by Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Limited. Ceigall Morena Solar BESS Park Limited operates in the renewable energy sector and is fully owned by Ceigall India Limited. The initial paid-up share capital has been subscribed entirely in cash at Rs 100,000 resulting in 100 per cent shareholding by the parent company.
