Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC)’s subsidiary, IRPC Clean Power Company Limited is set to lease land from IRPC Public Company Limited for development of a ground-mounted solar power project in Songkhla province, Thailand. The lease covers 716 rai 3 ngan and 83 square wah in Natup subdistrict, Chana district and will run for 30 years from May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2056.
The total lease value will not exceed Bt 400.87 million excluding land and building tax with an annual lease rate of Bt 12,375 per rai payable yearly. The agreement provides for a 10 per cent rent escalation every three years starting January 1, 2031, while the lease pricing has been assessed by independent appraisers with reference to market lease rates.
