Power Mech Projects Limited has secured orders worth over Rs 10 billion from subsidiaries of Adani Power Limited.
The company has received an order worth Rs 5.15 million from Mirzapur Thermal Energy (UP) Private Limited for erection, testing, commissioning and manpower assistance for performance guarantee testing of the steam generator and steam turbine generator packages for Units 1 and 2 of the 2×800 MW Mirzapur Phase I ultra supercritical thermal power project. The execution period is within 36 months from the erection start date as notified in the notice to proceed. In addition, Power Mech has secured an order worth Rs 4.90 billion from Mahan Energen Limited for similar scope of work covering erection, testing, commissioning and manpower assistance for performance guarantee testing of the steam generator and steam turbine generator packages for units 1 and 2 of the 2×800 MW Mahan phase III ultra supercritical thermal power project. The execution timeline is within 36 months from the erection start date as notified in the notice to proceed. Both contracts have been awarded by domestic entities and do not fall under related party transactions.
