Delta Electronics has partnered with the Danao City Government to deploy electric vehicle charging (EV) infrastructure in Danao City in Cebu Province.
The initiative involves installation of charging stations at a central government site and is aligned with the Philippines’ Build Better More agenda and the Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act. Under the project, Delta will supply and install a direct current (DC) Wallbox 25 kW fast charger and an alternating current (AC) Max 22 kW charging solution. The deployment is designed to support multiple vehicle categories, including electric buses, e-trikes, motorcycles and passenger electric cars, with the AC chargers offering 7 kW to 22 kW outputs and user authentication features, and the dual-output Wallbox providing a modular wall-mounted design with network connectivity for remote monitoring and control.
