Chambery Power Private Limited has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to develop the 2,100 MW Pimpalpada-Savale pumped storage project. The project will be developed across Pune and Raigad districts for Rs 102.17 billion. With this project, a total of 55 pumped storage projects with an aggregate planned capacity of 78,215 MW have now been initiated in Maharashtra involving an estimated investment of Rs 4.17 trillion.
