Bajel Projects Limited (Bajel), National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF) and AnantGrid Private Limited have signed a collaboration agreement to jointly pursue opportunities in India’s power transmission sector.
The partnership will focus on projects arising from the government’s push for renewable energy integration, grid modernisation and greater private sector participation. Under the arrangement, NIIF will provide investment and asset management capabilities, AnantGrid will contribute business development and project management expertise, and Bajel will bring engineering and execution capabilities for timely and cost-efficient delivery of transmission projects.
