Vena Group has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Chungcheongnam-do and Taean County in South Korea to develop utility-scale green energy projects in the province, with a focus on Taean.
Under the agreement, the company will invest about USD 669 million by 2030 in large-scale green energy projects, including offshore wind. The proposed projects are expected to support South Korea’s clean energy supply chain and the province’s carbon neutrality goals. The local authorities will provide support on permitting and regulatory approvals.
