Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited has signed a share purchase agreement (SPA) with Kintech Synergy Private Limited and Kintech Solarbikaner Private Limited to acquire 100 per cent equity shares of Kintech Solarbikaner for Rs 380 million.
The acquisition is aimed at supporting the growth and further development of Clean Max’s wind-solar hybrid renewable energy capacity in Gujarat. The transaction is expected to be completed by March 31, 2026.
