National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved Adani Enterprises Limited for its resolution plan for Jaiprakash Associates Limited.
The approval follows the Tribunal’s oral pronouncement. The approved resolution plan was passed along with subsequent clarifications submitted in November 2025. Adani Enterprises had earlier received a letter of intent in November 2025 identifying it as the successful resolution applicant in the insolvency process.
