Powerica Limited has raised Rs 3.29 billion from anchor investors ahead of its Rs 11 billion initial public offering (IPO) . The company allotted 8.34 million equity shares at Rs 395 per share to anchor investors. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to Rs 7 billion and an offer for sale of up to Rs 4 billion by the Naresh Oberoi Family Trust and the Kabir and Kimaya Family Private Trust.
