Reportedly, ReNew Energy Global Plc has agreed to divest a 100 MW/117.5 MWp solar project to Technique Solaire Group for USD 49 million.
The transaction relates to the sale of ReNew Solar Energy (Rajasthan) Private Limited and was executed through a definitive agreement signed with JLT Energy 9. The deal is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to generate about USD 24 million in cash inflow for ReNew.
