Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) has executed a share purchase agreement with PFC Consulting Limited to acquire 100 per cent equity in South Kalamb Power Transmission Limited.
The acquisition is aimed at strengthening evacuation infrastructure through the upgradation of the 765/400 kV transformation and downstream network, supporting reliable high-capacity power supply to Mumbai and readiness for upcoming 6 GW, ±800 kV HVDC renewable energy injection.
