Vikran Engineering secures Rs 5.31 billion power distribution contracts in Maharashtra

Vikran Engineering Limited has secured two contracts worth Rs 5.31 billion from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited for distribution infrastructure and system strengthening works in the Nashik and Kolhapur zones.

The Nashik zone contract is valued at Rs 2.36 billion, while the Kolhapur zone contract is worth Rs 2.95 billion. The projects involve development of new substations, construction of 33 kV, 22 kV and 11 kV lines, augmentation of transformers and substations, renovation works, installation of distribution transformers, laying of LT lines and HT/LT underground cabling, as well as GIS mapping and asset tagging.
