A consortium led by Sunview Group Berhad has secured a contract worth RM1.96 billion from TNB Power Generation for a 595 MWac floating solar photovoltaic plant with an associated battery energy storage system (BESS) at Kenyir Lake in Terengganu, Malaysia.
The project will be executed by Consortium Cre-Sunview, an unincorporated joint venture in which Cypark Renewable Energy holds 60 per cent and Fabulous Sunview, a Sunview subsidiary, holds 40 per cent.
