Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), through its wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Renewable Energy Middle East Limited, has signed a joint venture (JV) agreement with Minerva Holding RSC Limited for the formation of Minerva Renewables Holding RSC Limited.
The agreement aims to support the development, construction and operation of renewable energy projects in India.
