Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited has issued a USD 34 million parent company guarantee in favour of Nedbank Limited to secure an additional working capital facility for Sterling and Wilson Engineering (Pty) Limited, its step-down subsidiary in South Africa. The non-fund-based guarantee is intended to support the subsidiary’s solar power project operations in the country.
