Adani Power Limited has incorporated Coastal-Maha Atomic Energy Limited as a step down wholly owned subsidiary to undertake generation; transmission and distribution of electricity derived from nuclear and atomic energy.
Coastal-Maha Atomic Energy is a wholly owned subsidiary of another Adani Power subsidiary and has an authorised capital of Rs 500,000, divided into 50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
