Adani Power Limited has incorporated Rawatbhata-Raj Atomic Energy Limited as a step down wholly owned subsidiary through Adani Atomic Energy Limited.
The new entity will operate in the nuclear energy segment and undertake generation; transmission and distribution of power derived from nuclear and atomic energy. The company has an authorised capital of Rs 500,000, divided into 50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
