Patel Engineering Limited has been secured a Rs 15.93 billion contract for package 2 of the 669 MW Lower Arun hydropower project in Nepal by SJVN lower Arun Power Development Company Private Limited.
The contract covers civil and hydro-mechanical works, including tunnels, shafts, powerhouse and associated infrastructure, with an execution timeline of 54 months. The project is located in Sankhuwasabha district.
