Sungrow to expand into integrated energy solutions for data centres and mining sector

Sungrow is set to expand its integrated energy solutions for data centres, mining operations and electric vehicle charging projects. For data centres, the company plans to launch solid-state transformer solutions to reduce space requirements and improve energy efficiency.

The company will also integrate grid-forming technology in artificial intelligence data centre energy storage systems to mitigate grid disturbances. For mining operations, Sungrow plans to deploy integrated photovoltaic, wind, storage, electric vehicle charger and controller solutions, aimed at reducing energy costs by 20-50 per cent. It also plans to introduce artificial intelligence-driven operations for electric vehicle charging systems to improve coordination across equipment and increase overall revenue.
