State Grid China (SGCC), China’s transmission Corporation of largest state-owned company, commenced construction of the 1,000 kV Zhejiang ultra-high voltage alternating current (UHVAC) ring network project.
Also, its subsidiary, State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power, has completed the Zhejiang section of the ±800
kV Gansu–Zhejiang UHV direct current transmission project, marking the first full interconnection across the six provinces involved, including Gansu, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Henan, Anhui and Zhejiang.
