PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL) has incorporated Pune West Power Transmission Limited as a wholly owned subsidiary and special purpose vehicle (SPV) for the establishment of the 765 kV GIS Pune West intra-state transmission project in Pune district, Maharashtra.
The Maharashtra government had appointed PFCCL as the bid process coordinator for selection of a transmission service provider through tariff-based competitive bidding.
