PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL) has incorporated Fatehgarh II Transmission Limited as a wholly-owned special purpose vehicle (SPV) for implementation of a transmission project through the tariff based competitive bidding route.
The project involves installation of two synchronous condenser units at the 765/400/220 kV Fatehgarh-II power station. PFCCL has been nominated as the bid process coordinator for selection of the project developer.
