India has signed multiple agreements with Norway and Netherlands in areas related to clean energy, technology and sustainability.
India and Norway have signed five agreements covering clean energy, offshore wind, sustainability, geosciences and academic collaboration. Notably, the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research and Norway’s SINTEF signed agreements for joint research on areas including offshore wind, hybrid systems, carbon capture and ocean energy. Separately, India and the Netherlands adopted a strategic partnership roadmap for 2026-2030. Both countries agreed to establish a joint working group on renewable energy to support cooperation in green hydrogen, bioenergy, renewables and battery storage. They will also develop an action plan for renewable hydrogen cooperation, including a green corridor between India and the Netherlands.
