NLC India Renewables Limited (NIRL), a wholly owned subsidiary of NLC India Limited, has incorporated a joint venture (JV) company with National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) under the name NIRL NCRTC Renewables Limited.
The JV has been formed to develop grid-connected solar photovoltaic power projects. NIRL will hold a 74 per cent equity stake in the company, while NCRTC will hold the remaining 26 per cent.
