REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL) has transferred two project-specific special purpose vehicles (SPV) related to intra-state transmission projects in Karnataka to Resonia Limited and Dilip Buildcon Limited under the tariff-based competitive bidding process.
Hampapura Power Transmission Limited has been transferred to Resonia Limited following execution of the share purchase agreement at an acquisition price of Rs 86.07 million. The project involves the development of a 400 kV substation at Hampapura along with associated transmission lines in Mandya district. Mekhali Power Transmission Limited has been transferred to Dilip Buildcon Limited following execution of the share purchase agreement at an acquisition price of Rs 80.59 million. The project involves the development of a 400 kV substation at Mekhali along with associated transmission lines in Belagavi district.
