Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has secured a contract worth Rs 20-25 billion from Dangote Petroleum Refinery & Petrochemicals Free Zone Enterprise, Nigeria.
The contract agreement has been signed for the supply of eight gas turbine generator packages for a petroleum refinery and polypropylene plant in the Dangote Industries Free Zone. The scope of work includes design, manufacturing, supply, supervision of erection and commissioning, and performance guarantee testing of the equipment. The contract is scheduled to be completed within 26 months from its effective date.
