Vikran Engineering Limited has secured a work order from NOPL Solar Projects Private Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary, for a cumulative 969 MW AC solar power project across multiple locations in Maharashtra.
The scope of work includes the design, engineering, procurement, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of the project on a turnkey basis. It also includes the supply of solar photovoltaic modules and inverters. The contract is valued at approximately Rs 35.18 billion and is to be executed within 12 months.
