Lineage Power Private Limited, a subsidiary of Pace Digitek Limited, has signed a supply agreement with Guangzhou Rongjie Energy Technology Company Limited (RJE Tech) for the supply of 3 GWh of lithium iron phosphate battery cells and related accessories. Under the agreement, RJE Tech will supply its 314Ah LFP prismatic battery cells.
Both companies have established clear long-term agreements covering pricing, quality standards, warranties, and delivery schedules. Additionally, the agreement includes a framework for technical collaboration, product validation, quality assurance, and continuous product improvement.
