Inox Clean Energy Limited, the integrated renewable energy platform of the INOXGFL Group, has secured an investment of Rs 7 billion from Adar Poonawalla Family Office, through Rising Sun Holdings Private Limited, at a valuation of Rs 700 billion.
The investment will strengthen the company’s balance sheet. Further, it will provide additional financial flexibility to pursue its expansion plans, including renewable energy projects, manufacturing capacity expansion, and strategic acquisitions in India and overseas.
