Azerenergy Open Joint Stock Company (OJSC), Azerbaijan’s state-owned power utility, has launched procurement electricity infrastructure procedures projects for worth AZN17.428 million, covering the construction of new transmission lines and upgrades to existing transmission facilities.
The planned works include the relocation of the 80-km, 330 kV Banka hydropower plant (HPP)–Navai substation D/C transmission line outside the Shirvan National Park, additional works associated with the relocation of the 330 kV Banka substation, and construction of the 110 kV Yevlakh–Barda transmission line.
