Inox Clean Energy, the integrated renewable energy platform of INOXGFL Group, has secured an investment commitment of Rs 15 billion from the Motilal Oswal Group. Of this, Rs 10 billion has already been invested.
The investment has been made through compulsorily convertible debentures. The funds will support Inox Clean Energy’s growth plans, particularly its inorganic expansion initiatives.
