CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions Limited has approved the execution of a term sheet with Envision Energy India Private Limited for the procurement of wind turbine generators (WTGs) for its wind projects with an aggregate capacity of 1,550 MW.
Under the agreement, Envision Energy will supply 310 WTGs of 5 MW each, along with supervision and technical support for installation and commissioning services. The definitive agreements will be executed in seven phases, commencing from the execution of the term sheet and concluding before December 31, 2028.
