Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, has received a letter of award from Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI).
The award is for the development of a 700 MW solar project and a 700 MW/2,800 MWh energy storage solution in Solapur, Maharashtra. Furthermore, the power purchase agreement for the project will remain valid for 25 years from the scheduled commencement of supply date.
