Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited has received a letter of acceptance for the supply of 66 kV extra high voltage underground power cables. The order is valued at approximately Rs 760.6 million.
The order has been placed by a domestic engineering, procurement, and construction contractor executing a 66 kV transmission project in Gujarat. It covers the supply of approximately 293 km of 38/66 kV, 1-core, 630 sq mm aluminium conductor cables. The cables are XLPE insulated and include copper wire screening, aluminium corrugated sheathing and HDPE outer sheathing. Further, supply is scheduled at approximately 50 km per month from the date of manufacturing clearance.
