NLC India Limited has signed an addendum to its Business Transfer Agreement with NLC India Renewables Limited (NIRL), its wholly owned subsidiary, for the proposed transfer of 708.96 MW of renewable energy assets.
The assets, which include a 4 MW green hydrogen project, are at various stages of construction and operation. The transaction will be carried out at the book value of the assets and is expected to be completed within three months.
