Shell Energy Philippines Inc has signed a 15-year power purchase agreement with Greenlight Renewables Holdings Inc for the output of the 120-MWp second phase of the San Isidro solar project in Leyte, Philippines. SEPH already has a long-term agreement covering the first phase, bringing the entire 240-MWp solar complex under contract.
The 120-MWp Phase 1 began generating electricity in October 2025, while Phase 2 entered operation in July 2026. The combined project is expected to supply enough electricity for around 140,000 households annually and avoid approximately 91,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions each year.
