ACME Solar Holdings Limited (ACME Solar), through its wholly owned subsidiary ACME Greentech Seventh Private Limited, has commissioned 53.63 MW/300 MWh of battery energy storage system (BESS) capacity under Phase I of its 300 MW/1,581 MWh firm and despatchable renewable energy project at Kelan village in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
At present, only the BESS component has been commissioned, while the associated renewable energy generation component is under development. The commercial operation date for the commissioned BESS capacity is September 16, 2026.
