Oriana Power Limited has approved investments totalling up to Rs 1.18 billion in three subsidiaries. The investments will support engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) activities and solar power projects.
The company will invest up to Rs 650 million in Oriana Usolar Joint Venture Private Limited to support its EPC services. It has also approved up to Rs 500 million for Dynospark Private Limited and Rs 30 million for Voltonomy Energy Private Limited to support the development of solar power plants. The investments will be made in one or more tranches within 60 days from September 14, 2026.
