The Telangana State Electricity Regulatory Commission (TSERC) has released the draft for intra state open acces regulation which shall apply to open access users for use of intra-state transmission system or distribution systems in the Telangana state, including when such system is used in conjunction with inter-state transmission system. The long-term and medium-term open access will be allowed in accordance with the transmission planning criterion and distribution planning criterion stipulated in the state electricity grid code or the distribution code and / or CEA Safety Regulations as the case may be.
