PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL) has incorporated a special purpose vehicle company as a wholly owned subsidiary, Khavda PS1and 3 Transmission Limited.
The SPV has been incorporated for the development of “Provision of Dynamic Reactive Compensation at Khavda Pooling Station 1 (KPSl) and Khavda Pooling Station 3 (KPS3)”. PFCCL has been nominated as the bid process coordinator for selection of developer through tariff based competitive bidding for the independent transmission projects by Ministry of Power.
