Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has concluded funding for the USD750 million, 4.37 per cent notes due on September 9, 2024 (Holdco Notes). The funds, amounting to USD1,125 million, were received through preferential allotment to AGEL’s promoters. Shareholders approved the preferential allotment. Additionally, the promoters funded USD281 million as a primary infusion into AGEL.
