Adani Power Limited (APL) completed acquisition of the Lanco Amarkantak Power Limited (LAPL) for the Pathadi thermal power project (TPP) phase II.
This acquisition includes LAPL’s existing 2×300 MW (600 MW) operational TPP in Korba district, Chhattisgarh, as well as the development of additional 2×660 MW (1,320 MW) TPP capacity under the phase II expansion.
