Refex Green Power Limited (RGPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited, has acquired the 51 per cent equity stake in Sherisha Solar special purpose vehicle (SPV) Two Private Limited.
With this acquisition, RGPL now holds 100 per cent ownership, making Sherisha Solar SPV Two a fully-owned step-down subsidiary.
