AMPIN Energy Transition has secured an investment of USD50 million from Siemens Financial Services, the financing arm of Siemens AG.
The funds will support AMPIN’s growth across commercial and industrial and utility-scale renewable energy projects, as well as its broader energy transition value chain business. This marks AMPIN’s third major investment transaction in the current financial year, bringing the total equity capital raised in 2024-2025 to USD270 million and total equity capital to nearly USD700 million, enabling a capital deployment of over USD4 billion.
