Solarworld Energy Solutions Limited has received a letter of award (LoA) from NTPC Renewable Energy Limited, a subsidiary of NTPC Green Energy Limited, for block IX of the balance of system (BoS) package for a 200 MW grid-connected solar photovoltaic project at Bikaner, Rajasthan.
The contract is worth Rs 2.68 billion covers BoS works for the project, which forms part of the 1,000 MW package comprising 2×300 MW and 2×200 MW capacities. The scope also includes comprehensive operations and maintenance of the solar plant for three years. The project is to be executed within 19 months.
