HPL Electric and Power Limited has received orders worth over Rs 1 billion, which include a Rs 700 million order for developing the Bhopal Smart City Lighting Project and a Rs 330 million order from Southern Power Distribution for supplying energy meters. For the former order, HPL entered a consortium comprising Bharti Infratel and Ericsson.
