The national AT&C loss average (for all UDAY states) dropped to 20.2 per cent in 2016-17. The major beneficiary states are as follows:
ACS-ARR gap
At an overall level, the ACS-ARR gap reduced from 59 paise per unit in 2015-16 to about 45 paise per unit in 2016-17, with the major contributor states as follows:
Power purchase cost
At an overall level, the power purchase cost reduced from Rs 4.20 per unit in 2015-16 to about Rs 4.16 per unit in 2016-17.
