These regulations will extend to the whole of Rajasthan and will be effective from the date of their publication in the official gazette. These regulations will remain in force along with the RERC (Connectivity and Net Metering for Rooftop and Small Solar Grid Interactive Systems) Regulations, 2015 and subsequent amendments thereof. The small solar grid interactive systems commissioned under net metering agreements up to March 31, 2021 will be governed as per the RERC (Connectivity and Net Metering for Rooftop and Small Solar Grid Interactive Systems) Regulations, 2015 and subsequent amendments thereof.
